The Ultimate Upgrade for Your m!ka Studio Setup

If your broadcast or podcast studio uses Yellowtec m!ka system poles (and let’s be honest—they probably do), then you already know how versatile they are for mounting monitors, microphones, iPads, copy stands, and more.

At NotaBotYet, we wanted to take that versatility even further. A few years ago, we introduced the M-Mount Pro, a clever way to attach cameras and other gear using a standard 1/4-20 mounting screw. When we developed our Howler Monkey Pro with a 1/4-20 mount, we thought that the M-Mount Pro would be a good mounting option for it…and it was.  However, it left us wanting more.  We wanted something strongersleeker, and even more functional. And why can’t your mount also hold your headphones? That’s when it hit us.

We call it the Bridge Mount.

(No, the mount didn’t literally hit us—that would’ve likely required stitches. But the idea? That hit hard.)

Designed with Purpose. Built to Impress.

Inspired by the structural elegance of an Open Web Joist (OWJ), the Bridge Mount combines industrial strength with architectural beauty. That’s where the name comes from—it looks and feels like a bridge.

  • Material: Rugged 12-gauge 5052 aluminum
  • Finish: Durable powder coat for long-lasting performance
  • Capacity: Supports up to 20 lbs (9 kg)—nearly 3x the load of the M-Mount Pro
  • Bonus: The extra-long bolt doubles as a headphone hanger, keeping your workspace clean and organized (you do like a tidy studio, right?)

The captive 1/4-20 mounting screw can be positioned in one of two holes, giving you flexibility in clearance and aesthetics.

Easy to Install

Just like any m!ka accessory, installation is simple:

  1. Slide the Bridge Mount down from the top of the pole
  2. Position it where you want
  3. Tighten with the included 5mm Allen wrench

Done.

What Can You Mount?

Anything with a 1/4-20 interface under 20 lbs, including:

  • Our Howler Monkey Pro (of course!)
  • Webcams
  • Studio and DSLR cameras
  • Some PTZ cameras
  • LED and ring lights
  • Small video monitors
  • Tablet or phone mounts
  • Speakers
  • And probably a few things we haven’t even thought of yet
